The Inspiration Behind The Name Babai hotel was established in 1942 by Patruni Samba Murthi. He became popular as ‘Babai’ to one and all. In turn, he used to greet rank and file affectionately with the same salutation- ‘Babai’. Wealthy patrons, in reciprocation to their joy of having lip-smacking food, used to hand over sheaf of notes, irrespective of the actual bill. Babai passed away in 1985, leaving name and fame of the hotel to his adopted nephew, Chanti (Valiveti Lakshmi Narasimha Rao). Running the business was not a bed of roses for Chanti, since it had been a tough task to maintain the consistent quality and taste, which earned paeans to the hotel. Babai Hotel – Building of a Brand In the hands of heirs, the hotel was renovated into a building. The ambiance was completely changed and a few more items, Masala Dosa, Godhumma ravva Upma, Podi Dosa, Pongal were added. But the unchanged part is the ongoing flocking of customers at this door at early hours for the dishes of inexplicable taste. The plate is as sumptuous as it was in Babai times.

The shepherd (Jesus) came to the sheep in the bible. No where in the bible does it say that the sheep need to come see the shepherd. and here in lef vja if the sheep do not go see the shepherd at least once in a month, the shepherd removes them from the ministry responsibilities. how ridiculous!! this is not the way Jesus intended the Shepherd-sheep relationship in the bible. this needs to change as this is completely legalism. Love which is what the bible is based on covers a multitude of sins and that being said it does not mean to keep on reminding a person that they committed a sin even after Jesus himself forgave their sins. Love is the need of the hour and judgmental minds/spirits must now subside here.

I purchased a flat in aphb colony,bhavanipuram from original allotee and I had taken required documents as per the norms of aphb including attestation of photos and signature of both allottee and transferee by gazetted officer simuleneously by Notary. still apbh authorities demanding me to bring allottee for verification of signature. once signatures are attested with photograph what is necessary of allottee. Is there any g.o to this extent.? please clarify and guide me what is to be done.
